Review “There is an air of celebration“, edited by coop. Theaters of Bari, show “The little girl from the sea”, Kismet theater.

29 and 30 October, at 21, show by and with Teresa Ludovico and Nabil Bey Salameh: on 7 September 2021 Amal (a gigantic, three and a half meter tall, animated and very expressive puppet girl who left from the border between Syria and Turkey and traveled throughout Europe) passed through Bari. On that occasion, a party was organized that could reawaken the sacredness of that meeting involving the entire city. Starting from the echoes of that experience, this show was built, signed by Teresa Ludovico, in which the verses of Mariangela Gualtieri intertwine with the songs of Nabil Bey Salameh in a mixture of languages and images that whisper to us that ours is a land of millenary hospitality. Our ancestors, through stories and traditions, have in fact handed down to us that the guest is sacred because there is a divine messenger inside him. Amal in Arabic means HOPE.

The show is free admission with reservations required on 335 805 22 11 or by email at botteghino@teatrokismet.it.
